Since 2023, Tania has been a staple in the North Jersey fitness community, beginning her journey with intensive reformer training at The Reformer Suite.With a deep passion for holistic wellness, Tania expanded her expertise by completing her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) training at Yoga Renew in Hoboken. She seamlessly bridges the gap between these two worlds through her specialty: Yogalates. Beyond the mat, Tania is known for hosting bespoke Yogalates Parties. Perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, or corporate wellness days, these events go beyond exercise. Tania curates an immersive experience featuring group bonding, positive affirmations, sound healing, and guided meditation, leaving every participant feeling recharged and empowered.
